S2Y products use FDA approved electrodes. Using the aerospace material titanium (Ti) and the rare precious metals platinum (Pt), ruthenium (Ru) and iridium (Ir).
The electrodes are produced in 28 steps. Pure Titanium substrates are stamped and formed, then coated with Platinum by vacuum ion sputtering and multiple high-temperature crystalline precious metal Ruthenium–Iridium coatings. The cost is several times that of other electrolytic sheet, which can protect the health of users.
